"Beautiful restaurant with absolutely wonderful staff. Nate, the manager, took excellent care of us and our waiter Arnole was fantastic. The food was delicious and something a bit different than other places in Saratoga which was refreshing. We enjoyed the wine, but the cocktails looked amazing! Definitely recommend."

"Had the most incredible dinner tonight at The Regent — what a fantastic addition to Saratoga Springs! My girlfriend and I each had a soup, shared a salad, and enjoyed an amazing mocktail (highly recommend!). The bread basket is an absolute must. The ambiance, the beauty of the space, and the attentiveness of the staff made it such a memorable evening. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially for a nice dinner or special occasion. Instantly one of my new favorite spots in town."
